Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted with 30 days of the purchase date. Send return or exchange merchandise in the original packaging to:

Be sure to include a copy of the original receipt with instruction for return or exchange. Return shipping on exchanged items is free-of-charge.

Product must be returned in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition otherwise a 25% restocking fee may apply. Unused product will be refunded in full less shipping and handling fees; opened snap packages will be refunded based on product used.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, unvalidated, insufficient address or failure to claim will be refunded less the initial shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or re-routed packages that do not arrive to the correct destination due to original incorrect, unvalidated or insufficient address provided.
